- Any items built to order are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit.
- Payment must be received in full before any items are dispatched.
- All prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- For items being shipped outside the UK the price quoted does not include any taxes or import duties that may apply. Pease check with your country's customs office for further details.
Returns Policy
Please contact us for advice regarding packaging and shipping before returning any item.
Goods may be returned to us up to 14 days after the date of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price minus any costs incurred by us for shipping provided that:
- The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
- The goods are one of our standard items and not a special order or custom build.
- You are the original purchaser and have a valid proof of purchase.
Delivery and collections are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Goods
Please contact us for advice regarding packaging and shipping before returning any item.
Any goods found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect should be returned to us as soon as possible for repair, exchange or refund. In the case of faults found to be manufacturing defects all reasonable shipping costs will be refunded.
For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturing defects will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Faults due to misuse, wear and tear or accidental damage are not covered by any warranty.
